La Bergerie was built some twenty years ago from 60,000 hand-molded 18th-century Saint-Jean bricks from an old, abandoned sheepfold.with its cut sandstone foundations and old beams, it offers the charm of an old Norman building with its magnificent slate roof and the advantage of a recent construction benefiting from excellent insulation, a modern kitchen, a magnificent dining room with 16th-century fireplace and a vast living room. It has five bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a separate shower cubicle.
Nature and surroundings
Set in a vast garden planted with flowers and trees, the holiday home boasts 2000 m2 of lawn, rhododendrons and numerous hydrangeas that appreciate the maritime climate. The property is situated along a footpath that leads to the beach at Pourville/mer, 5 km away, and is an exceptionally peaceful place to rest on the edge of the village of Offranville, the center of which is less than 1 km away. A ping-pong table is available for guests.

Het is een ruime, karaktervolle en charmante vakantiewoning, voorzien van alle comfort en smaakvol ingericht. Bij minder weer is het ook binnen zalig toeven in het gezellige salon. De keuken is groot en aangenaam, voorzien van keukengerei van uitstekende kwaliteit. Slaap- en badkamers zijn ook heel comfortabel.
Dit natuurhuisje is zalig rustig gelegen en voorzien van een grote en prachtige tuin waar je gezien de vele en grote ramen ook binnen erg kan van genieten. Wij genoten hier volop van de herfst in al zijn kleurenpracht...Niettegenstaande de rustige omgeving, zijn de nodige voorzieningen (bakker, supermarkt,..) vlakbij.
De kust is in deze streek fantastisch mooi en rustig. Wij deden fijne wandelingen waarbij het strand en het uitgestrekte, groene hinterland elkaar mooi afwisselden. Varengeville, Pourville en Veules Les Roses zijn maar enkele van de mooie kustplaatsjes die hier vlakbij liggen.
