Nature house in Prat

This authentic nature house can accommodate four to five people and consists of the left part of a former cider barn. Here used to be the pumping station and cider was stored. It is attached to another nature house on a fantastic estate where you can fully enjoy the beautiful nature and surroundings. It has a terrace facing south and north and upon entering you are immediately in the spacious living room with fully equipped, open kitchen. Against the window is a lovely lounge sofa. The cozy wood stove keeps this room wonderfully warm on cooler fall and spring days. At the back are sliding doors leading to the back terrace. Here you can enjoy the evening sun and peace and quiet of the surroundings. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are two washing machines for everyone to use. There is also a communal sauna overlooking the fields. The terraces, various playgrounds and Zodiac pool are for everyone's use and is ideal for children.

This nature house is located in northern Brittany, on the Cotes d'Armor. At 15 to 25 kilometers away you will already find several sandy beaches. Characteristic towns such as Lannion, Guingamp, Pontrieux or Tréquier are 10 to 15 kilometers away. A five-minute walk away is a delightful bakery on the village square. But for fresh bread, honey, eggs, homemade yogurt and jams you don't have to leave the door. The landlord is happy to offer these products to you! Brittany is also a paradise for nature and sports lovers. Whether you like hiking, cycling, swimming, golfing, fishing, kayaking, sailing, scuba diving, mountain climbing or horseback riding, everything is possible!
