This nature house is wonderfully quiet on the edge of the forest. The nature house is part of a small vacation domain, which is very child-friendly with six nature houses. On the property there is also an organic beef cattle farm (Carbon neutral)and one hectare of fruit planted in 2014 with old varieties high and half-trunk. There are 132 trees along the driveway to the property. A swimming pool, tennis court, playground, jeux de boules, badminton/volleyball court, trampoline and of course beautiful nature in the area are available to guests. The landlords have a donkey,2 sheep and chickens. You really do not have to go far to enjoy the French countryside, wine, cheese, birds singing, starry skies, freedom and tranquility.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located at the edge of the forest. Wonderfully quiet at four kilometers from the village of La Chapelle d'angillon. In that village you will find a bakery, butcher/grocer and post office on the commune. The landlords have beef cows of the Parthenaise breed. The cows walk with their calves in the pasture. It is a wonderful place to spend a week's vacation with a good book. There is also plenty to do in the area, including fishing, canoeing on the Loire, hiking, castles, wine tasting in Menetou-Salon and Sancerre, weekly markets, and flea markets. The large lake Etang du Puits, Adventure Parc, Beauval Animal Park, and many more are nearby.

Ate July 30, 2022 General rating:Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad! Dit is echt een hele fijne locatie voor een rustvakantie met kinderen. Er was genoeg te doen op het eigen terrein: veilig omheind zwembad, tennisbaan, tafeltennis, trampoline, skelters en meerdere huisjes met veelal mede-Nederlanders en dus speelkameraadjes. Ook het feit dat de eigenaren Nederlands spreken vonden wij zelf erg prettig. In de omgeving is ook genoeg te doen, soms wel een stukkie rijden.
Nature, peace & environment:Rust en ruimte was er zeker! De natuur rondom hebben we zelf wat minder bezocht met kleine kinderen

Humphry April 27, 2019 General rating:Heerlijk geslapen. Genoeg ruimte met het gezin van 5. S’avonds gezellig bij de houtkachel. Activiteiten voor de kinderen op eigen terrein. Tennis/badminton/ skelters/step/speeltuin/zwembad/tafeltennis/volleybal
Nature, peace & environment:Uitzicht over de weilanden. Dichtbij bossen. Bij het lokale plaatsje een Chateau aan het meer waar je omheen kunt lopen.
