Cottage is clean, spacious enough;, all necessary kitchen utensils provided, friendly host/hostess. Nice pool (but not used given the period).

Enjoyed butterflies such as the Spanish pipeflower butterfly and Moorish brown blue and birds such as the first bee-eaters, alpine vulture swallow, rock swallow, little blackcap (in the garden), Thekla lark (from the garden), little owl, snake eagle, dwarf eagle and beautiful flowers. What we did notice was that outside the villages and cities there is a lot of trash and dumped construction waste. Quite a waste of the beautiful nature and surroundings.
Overweldigend mooie vergezichten. We waren vroeg in het seizoen maar genoten van de natuur van dat moment. We hadden niet het mooiste weer maar daardoor was alles prachtig groen. Genoten van o.a. vlinders als de Spaanse pijpbloemvlinder en Moors bruin blauwtje en vogels zoals de eerste bijeneters, alpengierzwaluw, rotszwaluw, kleine zwartkop (in de tuin), Thekla leeuwerik (vanuit de tuin), steenuil, slangenarend, dwergarend en mooie bloemenpracht. Wat ons wel opviel was dat er buiten de dorpen en steden veel afval en gedumpt bouwafval ligt. Best wel zonde van de prachtige natuur en omgeving.
