This nature house is a charming renovated water mill and is located on a plot of about 1000m². So you can enjoy everything this nature house has to offer in complete privacy. The nature house has several cozy living spaces as well as an open kitchen. The kitchen is standard equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and kettle. It gets really cozy when you light the wood stove. In addition to the necessary seating comfort, you will also find a TV and DVD player. The nature house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds. In addition, you have the option of using an extra travel bed. The bathroom is located on the first floor and offers a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and, of course, a washbasin and the necessary storage space. The garden is fully fenced and also has a spacious sun-facing terrace. Garden furniture and BBQ are also provided. In addition to the lush flowers and plants, in the garden you will find the basin of the water mill.
Nature and surroundings
Lower Normandy is a beautiful region rich in both nature, beach, culture and, of course, good food and drink. A varied landscape with forestation, valleys, rolling meadows, rivers and apple orchards offer something for everyone. The old water mill is the ideal base for discovering all sorts of sights of the region. Just think of the D-day beaches and the beautiful historic cities such as Rouen, Caen, Avranche, Bayeux, Falaise and not to forget Mont st Michel. Of course, the region's greatest charm is still its space, tranquility and nature. Shift down a gear and enjoy a piece of French countryside not yet overrun by tourism.
