This nature house is an authentic, renovated, detached Andalusian finca. It has a large pool and is located in the hills of Cómpeta. It stands on 3,000 m² of private land with fruit, olive and almond trees, oleanders and bougainvillea. From the terraces around the house you have breathtaking views of the overgrown hills and mountains. The house consists of 2 parts: the finca and an attached apartment. The finca has 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with bath, shower, toilet. The dining room and living room each have a fireplace and infrared heating. In the living room you will find a satellite TV with various foreign channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils and spices. The apartment consists of a sitting area, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. All bedrooms have 2 luxury box spring beds and air conditioning.
Nature and surroundings
You will experience a blissful moment in the morning when you eat your breakfast on the terrace in complete silence - except for the singing of birds and crickets - overlooking the hills and valley. At the end of the afternoon you are regularly pleasantly surprised by the bells of the goats. In the evening, with a glass of wine, you enjoy the setting sun and the impressive starry sky. The house is located about three kilometers from the center of the picturesque, white village of Cómpeta. It is characterized by its Moorish architecture and small streets with white houses, a cozy village square with restaurants, terraces and a beautiful church. The village lies at the foot of the mountains of Tejeda and Almijjara, on the Ruta del Sol y Vino. The village offers direct access to the beautiful natural area of 42,000 hectares. Ideal for hikers and cyclists. The nearest beach is 17 kilometers away in Torrox Costa. A little further away you will find the seaside resorts of Nerja and Herredura.
