Nature house in Canillas de Aceituno

An attractive finca built entirely according to Andalusian tradition. The nature house is for up to four people, with two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice pool, just outside Canillas de Aceituno in Andalusia. The nature house is located at the end of a more than one kilometer long (passable, about six minutes) unpaved country road that winds through a hilly area Loma de Arriba. The cottage is detached with a wide view. This Casa is located outside the village of Canillas de Aceituno, where at night you see the lights twinkling, on the edge of natural parks and with a view of La Maroma with over 2,000 meters, the highest mountain in the region. The surface area of the house is about 80m² and the plot has a total of about 6,500 m² of land of which a large part is fenced. Very safe for your children. Outside there are plenty of shady spots on the spacious terraces and you will enjoy the outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue, grill and of course water. The pool is small but large enough to cool off in and there is an outdoor shower, sun beds and parasol. A specialist maintains the pool which also has its own filtration and cleaning system.

The nature house is quiet but certainly not isolated. In the white mountain village of Canillas de Aceituno, a 10-minute drive away, you will soon find daily groceries, nice bars and restaurants. The village itself is at an altitude of 645 meters, 54 kilometers from Malaga and 27 kilometers from the coastline. Canillas de Aceituno borders no less than three natural parks: Sierra de Tejeda, Sierra Almijara and the Alhama Parque Natural. Near Canillas is the spectacular reservoir of Vinuela. Canillas de Aceituno is located on La Maroma, the highest mountain in Axarquia. La Maroma's natural spring attracts people from miles around because the water is rumored to be healing when drunk. There is much to see and do in the area. For waterfront entertainment, drive a good half hour (27 kilometers) to the nearest beach in Torre del Mar with countless terraces, Chiringuitos and nice other restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. And of course, for culture lovers, there is also a lot to experience in southern Spain. How about a visit to the Picasso Museum in Malaga, a visit to Ronda, the oldest city in southern Spain, Granada with its Alhambra or Cordoba? Even a day of skiing in the Sierra Nevada is among the possibilities.
