This extra spacious and modern villa is located in the nature reserve 'Acebuchal' and has spectacular views of the valley and sea. With 15 minutes you are in Nerja with all its beaches, a wonderful base for a comfortable vacation. The villa has a very spacious & cozy living room with an open kitchen equipped with all amenities. All rooms are on the same level and therefore also suitable for the disabled. Adjacent to the living room you walk directly onto the huge covered terrace, where the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and even an original pizza oven is located. There are three spacious bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and all windows have shutters and mosquito nets. Two bedrooms share a bathroom which has a shower, sink and toilet. Nature, peace & environment:A lovely house in the mountains overlooking the sea. Peace and quiet (neighboring houses more than 50m away). Along a road with occasional cars passing by. Fantastic walks in the hills/mountains. 20 minutes by car from the sea. Fine pool with complete privacy. Large terrace overlooking the sea and where a breeze keeps it cool. House fully equipped.
