Welcome to this family house, near the sea and detached in nature! This nature house is beautifully located, child-friendly and bright and cozy. The house is freely situated on three acres and you are surrounded by garden, orchard, small river, lawns and trees. In the vicinity there are many extensive beaches, dune nature reserves, green bicycle routes and hiking trails (entre terre et mer / GR). There are two terraces around the house. Inside you will find two spacious, bright lounges and a large dining kitchen. Everything is suitable for two to six people. Possibly you can also stay in the house with eight people. There is a wood stove, TV (with dish) , WiFi, DVD player, games and so on. The kitchen is spacious and cozy for eating and cooking together. Each room has heating (electricity). The house is very cozy even for two people, it is authentic and light, also inside, and pleasant according to the standards of our time. The animals that live around the house are not afraid and let themselves be seen and heard. The sea nearby gives the house, the garden and the land around it an extra dimension in terms of light and air. There is ample parking.

The nature house is close to the sea, just under five kilometers. The beaches and dunes are impressive in terms of space and nature experience. The beaches and the sea are also used by small boat fishermen and people looking for mussels, crabs and other shellfish at low tide. There are opportunities for beach sailing and surfing a little further away (Sciotot 6 kilometers, Siouville 15 kilometers). There is plenty of room for parking everywhere, because crowds are unknown here! You can make fantastic walks through the dunes along the sea (sentiers des douaniers), but also inland ('entre terre et mer'). You can walk over the highest cliffs in western France (Nez de Jobourg) and in La Hague. There are also a number of natural parks with walks set out in them. There are several bike trails, including a 60-kilometer-long bike trail along an old railroad track. For the experienced cyclist, it is a walhalla of small and well-traveled roads.
