Nature house in Moutiers sur le Lay

This nature house is located on a charming (wine) chateau estate just a 30-minute drive from the Atlantic coast with its beautiful sandy beaches. This spacious gîte (100 m2 - 5 pers.) is centrally located on the property near the large heated swimming pool. The cozy cottage has a spacious entrance with toilet, a large cozy living / dining room with wood stove and access to the sheltered backyard.The separate kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. On the upper floor are 2 nice bedrooms with a spacious landing, separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. In the front and backyard are wooden dining tables, sun loungers, shed and a b.b.q present. On this small, child-friendly and spacious property are a total of four lodges and three cottages (see house codes 26669, 26810, 26813 and 33010).

The Vendée has a wonderful climate with almost as many hours of sunshine as the Côte d'Azur. With its "southern" feel, the estate is an exclusive vacation destination for young and old, where you will find plenty of space, beauty and tranquility. From the nature house you can walk straight into the forest to a lower river. But also on the estate (6 hectares) itself there is much to discover. Besides the large heated outdoor pool there is a gym and a luxury wellness area with infrared sauna , steam room and hot tub. For the children (and parents) there are several adventurous playgrounds. On the estate you will find, among other things, the castle with vineyard, the winery, dove tower, stables, castle gate and a holy well. In Mareuil sur Lay (3 km.) you can do your daily shopping and in the immediate vicinity there are several nice restaurants. Furthermore, in the wide and varied surroundings , besides sea and beach , there is much to do.
