Nature house in Moutiers sur le Lay

This nature house is located on a charming (wine) castle estate just 30 minutes drive from the Atlantic coast with its beautiful sandy beaches. This spacious family lodge of ± 80m² (including the veranda) has a cozy sitting area , a fully equipped open kitchen with large dining area , two bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink. For an optimal "outdoor feeling" you can completely involve the adjoining veranda in your living space by partially rolling up the tent cloth. On the veranda is a lovely lounge area and an outdoor dining table. The veranda adjoins your private garden with a large old oak tree with a hammock , deck chairs , picnic table and barbecue. The lodge has a particularly quiet location with sweeping views of the hilly countryside and the castle.On this small-scale , child-friendly and spacious property are a total of four lodges (see also house codes 26810 and 26669) and 3 comfortable gites (house codes 26814 and 33010) .

The Vendée has a wonderful climate with almost as many hours of sunshine as the Côte d'Azur. With its "southern" feel, the estate is an exclusive vacation destination for young and old, where you will find plenty of space, beauty and tranquility. From the nature house you can walk straight into the forest to a lower river. But also on the estate (6 hectares) itself there is much to discover. Besides the large heated outdoor pool there is a gym and a luxury wellness area with infrared sauna , steam room and hot tub. For the children (and parents) there are several adventurous playgrounds. On the estate you will find, among other things, the castle with vineyard, the winery, dove tower, stables, castle gate and a holy well. In Mareuil sur Lay (3 km.) you can do your daily shopping and in the immediate vicinity there are several nice restaurants. Furthermore, in the wide and varied surroundings , besides sea and beach , there is much to do.
