This 18th century charming cottage can be found in the region of ‘le Perche Sartois’, located between the hilly landscape of Normandy and the castles of the Loire valley. The naturehouse has been completely renovated in the authentic style. Through the spacious and semi-covered terrace you can enjoy the unobstructed view over the surrounding landscapes. Adjacent to the terrace is a sports and games room equipped with table tennis, pool table, foosball, fitness equipment and a TV with an Xbox 360. A cozy kitchen is located on the ground floor of the cottage. The kitchen is luxuriously furnished with an induction cooker, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Additionally there is a pantry room with more kitchen accessories. In the cozy living room and dining room with fireplace and piano you can relax and recover from a long walk or dine deliciously. There’s also an additional sitting room. The house has three stylishly furnished bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, another has a two single beds and the last has a pull-out bed for one or two people. There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. These landlords have recently received a 4-star rating from the French Ministry of Tourism.
