In the region "le Perche Sartois", located between the Norman hills and the castles of the Loire Valley, you will find this charming nature house. Through the spacious and semi-covered terrace you can enjoy the unobstructed view over the surrounding countryside. Adjacent to the terrace is a sports and games room equipped with a table tennis table, pool table, table soccer, fitness equipment and a television with an Xbox 360. On the ground floor of the cottage you will find the cozy kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a pantry with additional kitchen accessories. In the cozy living and dining room with fireplace and piano you can recover from a long walk or have a nice dinner. There is also an additional sitting room. The house has three stylishly decorated bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two and one bedroom with a pull-out bed for one or two persons.

** NEW ** From the season 2022, our guests can use a wood-fired Finnish Hot tub. From the season 2024, we have a charging station for an electric car. This nature house is ideal for nature lovers who want to relax. In the middle of the French countryside you can stop time to enjoy the beautiful unspoiled nature. Should you still want to get away from the hustle and bustle, you can visit several cities. From the cottage it is only a 40-minute drive to the city of Le Mans, or an hour and a half to the capital of France: Paris. This nature house is ideal for nature lovers who want to unwind. In the middle of the French countryside, you can stop time for a moment to enjoy the beautiful unspoiled nature.
