This is a bright double room on the pond side of a guesthouse in Uitkerke, Blankenberge, with a view of the 7,000 m² polder garden. You’ll sleep in an Auping box-spring bed with two separate 210 cm-long mattresses. The room has a TV, Wi-Fi, and mosquito screens. Your private bathroom is located down the hall and is for your exclusive use and that of your travel companion. It features a rain shower, two sinks, and a toilet; towels, soap, and shampoo are provided. The room is upstairs and accessible via the stairs. You’ll share the guest kitchen, common living area, and garden with other guests. Breakfast is not included; you can prepare your own meal in the guest kitchen. On-site parking is free. The private sauna is optional, available for a fee, and by reservation.
Nature and surroundings
This guesthouse is located in Uitkerke, in the polder landscape near Blankenberge. The house is surrounded by a 7,000 m² natural garden featuring a pond, fruit trees, tall trees, and a terrace. You’ll share this outdoor space with the other guests. In the surrounding area, you can go for walks and bike rides through the Uitkerkse Polders. The beaches of Blankenberge and Zeebrugge, as well as a trip to Bruges, are also options during your stay. Free bicycles are available for guests; ask Carine about availability. After your outing, you can relax in the garden or the shared living area. For groceries and restaurants, head to Blankenberge. You can prepare breakfast yourself in the shared guest kitchen or order it directly from Taboe Blankenberge according to their menu and terms.
