Rural newly-renovated 3-bed gite with pool, large grounds and spectacular views of the Pyrenees. We are less than an hour from Toulouse, Carcassonne ski resorts with walking and cycling on the doorstep. This nature house is a recently renovated cottage which sleeps a maximum of 6 people. It has a Smart TV, DVDs and fibre-optic WIFI available. Stunning panoramic view of the Pyrenees. Outside the gite has a private, shaded terrace. Swimming pool with panoramic mountain views. There's also a ping pong table, large, netted trampoline and swings in a very large garden with a few free-range chickens. The grounds and pool are shared with the owners though the gite has a private terrace with dining table, deck chairs and BBQ. Firewood is not included in the advertised price but can be ordered for you in advance on request. During colder periods we may charge for electricity but this will be discussed with you befor

Nature and surroundings

We are in the foothills of the Pyrenees - we live next door but other than that, nearest neighbours are around half a kilometre away. Walks and cycling are available from the door and in the nearby area you have Cathar castles and caves to visit, historic towns and cities with their weekly markets and much more. It's a haven for nature lovers who live peace and quiet. Our local town with supermarkets and all facilities is around a 15 minute drive.
