These are two separate flats within our property, situated on the first floor and accommodating up to 10 people. The flats have a private outdoor terrace with pool view where everyone can eat together. The flats are laid out as follows: Cornocchia Flat: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Belforte Flat: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms The apartments share a stunning infinity pool overlooking the Tuscan hills
Nature and surroundings
Podere Costarella is an Eco-sustainable Farmhouse. Starting to manage the structure with this philosophy was a natural choice, inspired by the search for a lifestyle in contact with the territory and the farm itself. We are located inside the beautiful state forest La Selva. We decided to let ourselves be guided by the nature that surrounds us, respecting it, accompanying our guests to discover it slowly, smelling the spontaneous flowers, listening to the silence of the forest interrupted only by the slight crunch of the steps and the chirping, enjoying the view of the hills of Tuscany. We live this place making Sustainability a lifestyle, using clean energy, avoiding pesticides and producing organic oil, making Hospitality a beautiful way to share all this. We organize delicious breakfasts or dinners at km 0 reserved for guests of Podere Costarella.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €600.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
