Peace, seclusion, and proximity. Set in 3 hectares of private woodland, just a few steps from the Kalmthoutse Heide. Three spacious bedrooms, a cozy fireplace, and a leather sofa to curl up in, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden to enjoy a well-deserved vacation. The house has its own entrance and is completely detached. Stefan’s design studio is located in the house’s former garages. It has a separate entrance, and there is a connecting door in the kitchen that remains closed. Very occasionally, we’ll pick up supplies from the studio, but this won’t cause any inconvenience to guests. Studio hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Nature and surroundings
Experience boundless enjoyment at Grenspark Kalmthoutse Heide! This diverse and dynamic nature reserve covers approximately 60 km² and lies on both sides of the Belgian-Dutch border, consisting of heathland, fens, forests, and inland dunes. It’s perfect for hiking and biking This nature reserve lies on both sides of the Belgian-Dutch border. Yet the area feels boundless, endless. This may be due to the great diversity of the landscape; the immense variety of this natural area is of considerable ecological and cultural-historical value. Also nearby is the Kalmthout Arboretum, a 13.5-hectare botanical paradise. Every season and every walk through the Kalmthout Arboretum surprises you with new highlights. Come explore the most beautiful spots and discover how the garden has evolved since 1856. A 25-minute train ride takes you to the heart of Antwerp, with its museums, restaurants, and shopping.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €250.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
