A warm welcome—whether you’re coming as a couple or with the whole family! This nature house is specifically designed for families with a child requiring intensive care and individuals who use wheelchairs. The cottage is fully wheelchair accessible. Downstairs is a spacious care room with a bathroom and all necessary care facilities. There is a separate double bedroom on the ground floor. Through a spacious living room with a cozy wood stove, you’ll find the kitchen with a large dining table, which is equipped with its own cooking facilities. On the First floor, there are three more separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, double sink, and toilet. Surrounding the house, you’ll find your own spacious porch, patio, and garden with various play areas. Behind the house, there’s a soccer field and a trampoline, a fenced-in swimming pool (12×6 meters, 1.5 meters deep), and a ping-pong table. Both indoors and outdoors, there are children’s toys and board games. Wi-Fi and TV are available. It’s also a cozy place to stay for two; enjoy a delicious breakfast!
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located just outside the beautiful village of Elspeet. From the house, you can walk straight into the woods or out onto the heath. Staverden Castle is just a stone’s throw away. Elspeet is located in the heart of the Veluwe, an area where you can enjoy wonderful walks and bike rides in every season. There are also numerous amusement parks, zoos, charming towns, and attractions to visit. In your accommodation, you’ll find a folder with suggestions for exploring the area. The local tourist office is also happy to assist you. We have a wheelchair-accessible bike ready for you, so you can enjoy getting out and about! Children aged 6 and up can ride safely along. Once you reach your destination, the bike can be detached, allowing you to continue on foot with the wheelchair.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €100.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
