A rustic farmhouse cottage with a fishing pond located 250 meters from the cottage’s garden. You can fish for carp, roach, perch, and more... The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room. There are 2 bedrooms. A terrace opens directly onto the living area, and there’s a garden at ground level. You can charge an electric car on-site using a charging station. All shops are 7 km away in the town of Le Rouget. There’s a farmers’ market every Sunday morning or Saturday morning in Figeac. Available for rent year-round; in summer, rentals are by the week; otherwise, contact me for stays of a few days (minimum 4 nights) during the off-season. Nearby activities include hiking, swimming at Lake Saint-Étienne (8 km away), and water games. Many attractions in the surrounding area: castles, Padirac, Rocamadour, and the Cantal Mountains.
Nature and surroundings
The cabin is located on a farm that raises Salers cattle. Hiking trails in the area: a binder is available at the cabin with route descriptions and estimated durations. Fishing is permitted; please note that there is a second cabin on the property, so you may encounter other anglers on the farm.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €200.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
