Libic is neither an anonymous apartment nor a cold, luxurious accommodation, but our personal project. The house was designed and built by my father and reflects his craftsmanship and love of nature. My wife, Juci, made the spaces unique with her own paintings and a special installation. The entire house (120 m², single-story) is yours: 3 bedrooms for up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen where you can easily cook for a large group. Original art adorns every room instead of off-the-shelf furniture. Outside, a covered patio awaits for long morning coffees, a fire pit for evening barbecues, a hammock, lounge chairs, and a ping-pong table in the fully fenced-in garden. Inside, you’ll find a selection of fun board games. We have fast Wi-Fi if you really need it, but we recommend a digital detox—that’s why there’s no TV in the house.
Nature and surroundings
With a population of 31, Libickozma is the smallest village in Somogy County: a hidden gem at the end of the road, about 20 km from Lake Balaton. The forest begins right next to the house, and a 5-minute walk away are two fishing ponds where you can stroll along the shore. In the morning, you’ll be woken by the birds; there’s no traffic noise; and in the evening, you can gaze at the stars from the garden. There’s no store in the village, so be sure to do your grocery shopping in advance. A larger supermarket is about a half-hour drive away. Who is it for? For couples who want to get away from it all, for groups of friends and families who want to truly spend time together, and for creative types seeking inspiration. Or simply for you, if you’ve had enough of the hustle and bustle and want to spend a few days gazing at nature with a mug of tea in your hands.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €150.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
