Welcome to this exclusive vacation villa for up to 12 guests, quietly situated on a dead-end street surrounded by rural greenery. The ground floor features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. From the living area, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the south-facing terrace, while a second terrace lets you soak up the warm evening sun. Both terraces offer breathtaking views of the vast green fields. The five tastefully decorated bedrooms combine coziness with all the necessary comforts and offer customized sleeping arrangements for both couples and families. For extra relaxation, visit our exclusive wellness area, housed in a separate little gem next to the vacation home. Take a dip in the heated indoor pool, unwind completely in the hot tub, and enjoy cozy evenings at the bar while playing a game of pool or foosball. The sheep and chickens on the property are already waiting for you at our nature house.

The villa is ideally located between Bruges and Ostend, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds: the charm of historic cities and the refreshing coast just a short distance away. Heritage enthusiasts can enjoy nearby visits to d’Aertrycke Castle and Wijnendale Castle. Equally impressive is Loppem Castle, located just a short distance away. It’s a wonderful addition for lovers of culture and history. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll also find an extensive network of beautiful biking and hiking trails that lead you through the rural landscape, along quiet roads, and through green nature reserves, including Vloethemveld. Perfect for those who enjoy active relaxation and want to explore the region at a leisurely pace. In addition, the home is conveniently located for day trips to both the Westhoek region and the fashionable seaside resort of Knokke. Cities such as Ghent, Kortrijk, Antwerp, and Brussels are also easily accessible, though they are a bit further away.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €1,000.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.

- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.

- No parties or events are allowed.
