Our vacation home is a paradise, especially for us, our children, and our grandchildren. We also sometimes rent it out to groups and families who want to enjoy the same atmosphere. Marenne is a very small and extremely quiet village. The house and the enclosed garden are designed and equipped to be very child-friendly. From mid-May through mid-September, you can enjoy a swimming pool heated by solar panels. The house has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds). There are also 2 fold-out cribs available. Please bring your own duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases. The kitchen isn’t large but is very well-equipped. You’ll find everything you need for both simple and elaborate meals. There is one bathroom with a sink and a shower/tub combination, and there are two separate toilets.
Nature and surroundings
The large garden is completely enclosed from the street. The pool is also surrounded by a separate fence to prevent small children from getting near the water on their own. There are several patios, so you can always find the perfect spot for an aperitif, a meal, or just relaxing. We’ve set up a swing-and-climbing combo for children in the garden. There’s a spot for a campfire, and firewood is provided. Of course, if it’s been hot and dry for a long time, you’re not allowed to use it. From the house, you can take short or very long walks in all directions through extensive forests and the region’s valleys. The Ourthe River is 4 km away. There, you can swim at various spots or go canoeing or kayaking. The region offers many options for day trips (Durbuy, the menhirs of Wéry, the caves of Hotton, the domes of the Han Caves, the Barvaux Maze, La-Roche-en-Ardenne, ...)

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 21 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
