We bought this unique place with spectacular views, renovated it, and landscaped the garden so that we could stay there intermittently during the fall and winter. Outside of those periods, we’d like to rent out our home (which has a wood stove and air conditioning) to nature lovers or to people who want to stay for more than a month to work on a project (so-called “temporada” rentals). This is in accordance with current legislation. If you have other requests, please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities. Both bedrooms (beds 1.60 wide) have their own bathroom. The kitchen is very spacious and features a large electric stovetop, a convection oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and everything else an enthusiastic cook could need. There is also a washer and dryer (which is only used when it’s too humid outside). There is no swimming pool, but there is a spa and an outdoor shower. Shops are a 10-minute drive from our house.
Nature and surroundings
The area around Camino de Los Puros is a paradise for nature lovers, with the famous Senda King Kong just a short distance away. It’s also a protected bird sanctuary—a paradise for active cyclists and hikers. That doesn’t mean you can’t reach the coast in half an hour via the RM 19 and get to Murcia in 15 minutes. So there’s plenty to do for everyone, even for a longer stay. Golfers are in for a real treat; there are three exceptional courses (18 holes, Par 71 or 72) nearby: El Valle Golf, Jack Nicklaus (17 min.), Altaona Golf Stirling & Martin (24 min.), and Hacienda Riquelme Golf Jack Nicklaus (26 min.). This is also an excellent place to get a feel for the area if you’re considering buying a home in Spain. Because there’s very little tourism, the people are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €250.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.

- Not suitable for children under the age of 8.
- Minimum age of main booker: 26 years.
