With room for 9 people, 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, this is the ideal place to enjoy the Ardennes with family or friends. What makes our house special? Our very own private forest! Kids can build forts, go on adventures, and who knows—maybe even spot a deer. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch, a cozy BBQ on the spacious terrace by the forest, or a relaxing moment in the private sauna. There’s plenty to do indoors, too, with a pool table and a nostalgic VHS movie collection for cozy evenings. Houffalize is a paradise for hikers and cyclists, with beautiful trails right outside the door and a secure bike storage area. The Ourthe River and the charming village center are within walking distance. Here, it’s all about peace, nature, and enjoying time together!

Houffalize is a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, and road cyclists, with endless forest trails, challenging bike routes, and breathtaking views. The charming town center is within walking distance, featuring great restaurants and outdoor cafes. The famous La Chouffe and Lupulus breweries are also nearby.
