Our lodge has a natural feel. Tall windows in the living room let in plenty of natural light and offer a great view of the greenery in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the underfloor heating keeps the entire ground floor cozy. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy a meal together or relax after a day outdoors. You’ll sleep in the master bedroom—which has its own bathtub, sink, and a second toilet. From the living room, you can reach the second bedroom via a small staircase; it’s a cozy upstairs room for two. The third bedroom is filled with light and features a cozy double box bed—a sheltered and adventurous sleeping spot that children are sure to love. Outside, you’ll find a wild woodland garden with a spacious dining table. Or settle in on the lounge sofa, where you can enjoy your coffee, a book, or a summer evening. From the lodge, you’re just a short walk away from the woods for a hike or bike ride. There’s no TV—but there is Wi-Fi, 2 parking spaces, and hundreds of birds.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is nestled among meadows and greenery, on the edge of the Noord-Veluwe. At the end of the small street, you can walk right into the woods, where the Spieldersbos, heathland, and sandy plains alternate. At the same time, Putten is nearby for daily shopping or a nice meal out. There’s also plenty of active fun for kids, such as the corn maze, climbing in the adventure forest, swimming at the Bosbad in Putten, or climbing the Bostoren. The Forest Lodge’s new, wild woodland garden—filled with native shrubs, plants, and flowers—is fully fenced, so you can let your dog run freely here without worry.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
