A charming vacation rental has been created on an authentic farmstead dating from 1860, consisting of a residence and a former cow and horse barn. This vacation home for 2 people is located on the ground floor of the former cow and horse barn and is divided into a kitchen-living room with a seating area that also houses the wood stove, a bedroom (180x200 bed), a walk-in shower, a sink, and a separate toilet. The kitchen features an induction cooktop, an oven with a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Outside, there is a south-facing seating area and a west-facing terrace. During the season, you can pick strawberries and raspberries in your garden. The bedroom always stays pleasantly cool, even during a hot summer. You have a private parking space right outside the door. Electricity is free up to 100 kWh per week. The cottage will be ready in the spring and available for rent starting May 1, 2027. We hope to welcome you as one of our first tenants.
Nature and surroundings
When you step outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Charolais cows grazing on the hills, the lovely natural surroundings, and the wonderful silence; you can go birdwatching to your heart’s content, and you have a good chance of seeing deer! In short: everything you need to completely unwind during your vacation. This vacation home is located in Grury, 2 kilometers from the village center. Here, across from the church, you’ll find a “Café associatif,” where you can also order fresh bread daily. A bakery, butcher shop, and grocery store can be found in the neighboring village of Issy-l’Évêque. Grury is also a great base for taking beautiful hikes in the Morvan Regional Park, visiting a castle, browsing flea markets, and exploring a town.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €150.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
