Santa Maria del Castello (660m s.l.m.) è un autentico borgo rurale immerso nella natura incontaminata dei Monti Lattari. Per secoli, prima delle moderne strade costiere, è stato uno snodo strategico di passaggio tra la Penisola Sorrentina e la Costiera Amalfitana. Attraverso gli antichi percorsi mulattieri e la celebre scalinata delle Tese, contadini e viandanti valicavano la montagna per scambiare merci tra Vico Equense e Positano. ​Oggi è un'oasi di pace isolata dal turismo di massa, ideale per chi cerca totale relax e una spettacolare vista sulla Costiera Amalfitana. ​Trekking e Sentieri CAI: La struttura si trova direttamente lungo i sentieri CAI principali. Da qui potrai incamminarti a piedi verso Positano (scendendo lungo le Tese), raccordarti al Sentiero degli Dei o esplorare le vette di Monte Comune e la Penisola fino a Sorrento
