Enjoy the peace and quiet at our guesthouse in the vast Zeeland polders, which are beautiful in every season. We’ve lovingly restored the 1975 farmhouse on our property. The cozy kitchen is equipped with every convenience. There are several cozy seating areas, and the bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Outside, it’s wonderful to relax in the private garden under the historic beech tree or on the charming terrace overlooking the dike and our Friesian horses. You’ll find endless cycling and hiking options here… Visit the Land van Saefthinge, Emmadorp, the little harbor of Paal, and the charming fortified town of Hulst. Antwerp, Ghent, and Bruges are also just an hour’s drive away. Grocery stores and restaurants are 5 km away.

What does “Fireworks-free” mean?
The host indicates that the area is firework-free. Firework-free means that no firework bangs can be heard in and around the accommodation. You might occasionally hear some noise or see some light from fireworks set off outside the immediate area. It is important that you agree with the landlord on what you can expect.
