This nature house is a spacious vacation home at the foot of Grand Paradiso National Park. The house can accommodate 11 people and is ideal for families and groups of friends. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room with a shower, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a garden where you can enjoy the outdoors. The villa is situated on a mountainside, offering views of the valley from the terraces and balconies. A waterfall flows right next to the house, which you can reach via a via ferrata from the garden. It’s the ideal spot for those who love nature, tranquility, hiking, and mountain sports in an authentic part of Northern Italy. The fully fenced garden offers plenty of privacy. The village of Pont Canavese is a five-minute drive away. There you’ll find shops, restaurants, and other daily amenities.
Nature and surroundings
Pont Canavese is located in the Canavese region of Piedmont, at the foot of the Alps and near Gran Paradiso National Park. The village lies at the confluence of the Orco and Soana rivers and is surrounded by mountain landscapes, green valleys, and vast forests. The Orco and Soana valleys offer plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and exploring nature. The surrounding area is home to several picturesque mountain villages where local culture and traditions have been preserved. Gastronomy is also an integral part of this region’s character. Local products and traditional Piedmontese dishes can be discovered at various locations throughout the region. For a city getaway, Turin is just a short drive away. This makes Villa Maria an ideal base for exploring the nature, culture, and cuisine of Piedmont. The center of Pont Canavese, with its shops, restaurants, and daily amenities, is about a five-minute drive away.
