There are two B&B rooms on the upper floor of the house. This room is a comfortable double room where you can enjoy peace, space, and a relaxing atmosphere. The room features a spacious double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and heated floors. Bath linens will be provided upon your arrival. With the private air conditioning, you can easily set the temperature to your liking, ensuring a comfortable stay in any season. After a wonderful night’s sleep, a hearty breakfast will be waiting for you. Breakfast is included with your stay and is the perfect start to a new day in the Achterhoek. There is no television in the room. You’re welcome to visit the common area downstairs at any time for coffee and tea. You’re also welcome here even after the tea garden has closed. In addition, you’ll find books and games there for a cozy and relaxing evening.

After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:

• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
