The upper floor of this house features two B&B rooms, each with its own bathroom; the yard will soon have space for six RVs. There is also a detached, spacious vacation home with its own garden. This is a cozy double room where peace and comfort take center stage. The room features a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and heated floors. Bath linens will be provided upon your arrival. Thanks to the private air conditioning, you’ll enjoy a pleasant stay year-round, both in summer and winter. A hearty breakfast is included with your stay. There is no television in the room, so you can fully enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Downstairs, in the common area, you’re welcome to help yourself to coffee and tea at any time. You’re also welcome here even after the tea garden has closed. In addition, you’ll find a variety of books and games to help you relax during your stay.

After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:

• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
