Welcome to our unique off-grid cottage in the heart of the Swedish countryside, right on the shores of beautiful Lake Mjögesjön. Few neighbors, plenty of privacy. A supermarket is 5 minutes away, Charlottenberg is 20 minutes away, and Oslo Airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Here, you can fully enjoy peace, privacy, and the great outdoors. The cottage is tucked away among the trees and offers a stunning view of the water. You’ll be staying completely off-grid, powered by solar energy and your own energy system, allowing you to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A rowboat is available for exploring the lake or going fishing. Surrounding the cottage, you’ll find plenty of nature, hiking trails, and beautiful spots to enjoy the silence. The cottage is cozy and simply furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. After a day outdoors, warm up by the wood stove and enjoy the silence, the starry sky, and the crackling fire in the evening. A place for those who truly want to get away.

The cottage is nestled in the heart of Sweden’s unspoiled wilderness, right on the tranquil shores of Lake Mjögesjön. You’ll be surrounded by vast forests, rocks, mosses, and untamed nature. From the cottage, you can step right out into nature and hike for hours without encountering a soul. The lake is ideal for fishing, swimming, or taking a peaceful rowboat ride. The surrounding area offers beautiful hiking trails, crystal-clear lakes, and quaint Swedish villages. With a little luck, you’ll spot roe deer, moose, foxes, and countless birds along the way. In the summer, the long evenings are perfect for a campfire by the water, while fall transforms the surroundings into a colorful natural paradise. You don’t come here for crowds or tourist attractions, but for peace, space, and the real Sweden.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
