The nature house is a charming vacation apartment located in the front section of our historic farmhouse, De Heuvel, in Horssen. We, Corine and Kai, are happy to welcome you here. The apartment accommodates two adults and features a private living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and terrace. Inside, there are a few small steps leading up and down, which are part of the farmhouse’s original layout. The bedroom has two twin beds that can also be placed side by side. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Senseo coffee maker, and toaster. Additionally, there is Wi-Fi, a television, central heating, bed and bath linens, and a private parking space and bike shed. You’ll check in independently using a personal access code. There’s also a charging station for electric cars. A lovely place to wake up peacefully, enjoy breakfast outdoors, and come home after a day of hiking or biking.
Nature and surroundings
Around the nature house, you can experience the peace and open spaces of the Land van Maas en Waal. From the farm, you can look out over greenery, meadows, and the rural landscape. The surrounding area is perfect for walking and biking along dikes, past orchards, through small villages, and along the Maas and Waal rivers. Nearby are beautiful nature and recreation areas, such as De Gouden Ham, and there are plenty of peaceful walking and biking trails. Culture and history are also nearby, including Hernen Castle and the Tweestromenland Museum. For daily groceries, a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, and other amenities, you can head to Druten, Beneden-Leeuwen, and Wijchen. The region also features country stores and farm shops offering local products. Nijmegen is also easily accessible. Here, you can combine nature, tranquility, and the outdoors with all the practical amenities within easy reach.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 11:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
- Not suitable for children under the age of 18.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.

- No parties or events are allowed.
