This is a detached vacation home with a private pool. The house has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open-concept kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped (renovated in 2023 and 2025). The house features modern furnishings. Everything is provided for families with children (a crib, high chair, and toys, games, and more). The living room and the upstairs bedroom have air conditioning. The two downstairs bedrooms do not, but they remain quite cool due to their location. Provence is the place for foodies and wine lovers. The area is teeming with wineries. It’s fun to go on a wine tasting or simply buy a nice bottle to take home. There are plenty of good restaurants, so you can enjoy a different one every night if you’d like. But it’s also wonderful to shop at the market and prepare a delicious meal in our lovely, fully equipped kitchen while enjoying a glass of wine.
Nature and surroundings
Our house is located in Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, a charming old village that’s home to two bakeries, a butcher shop, and a small supermarket. There’s also a lovely terrace on the beautiful bridge. Mollans is situated on the border between the Drôme and Vaucluse departments. It’s a beautiful area with something for everyone. Vaison-la-Romaine and Buis-les-Baronnies are a 15-minute drive away. Both towns also have weekly markets. Vaison is also a great place to do your larger grocery shopping. There are several large supermarkets here (including an Intermarché and a Lidl). Just a few minutes’ walk from our house are the Gorges du Toulourenc. In addition to taking a very scenic hike through this gorge, you can also have a wonderful time playing in the river with the kids. Building little dams, splashing around, catching tadpoles—fun guaranteed. Of course, Mont Ventoux is also nearby. It’s the place to be for cyclists. But even if you’re not a cycling enthusiast, it’s fun to drive up there by car.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €350.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
