A beautifully renovated, luxurious old farmhouse full of character, and with a pigeon loft. This gîte is situated in a peaceful, green setting, yet is within walking distance of the village of Molières (the smallest bastide in the Périgord region of southwestern France). Rolling meadows, forests, and walnut orchards blend with the distinctive features of the Dordogne, surrounded by ancient villages and towns. Along the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, there are several nearby spots where you can enjoy swimming, canoeing, and boat trips. The vacation home has 145 m² of living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms (shower, toilet), a living room of approximately 40 m² with underfloor heating, TV, internet, a large fireplace, central heating, and a kitchen with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Utility room with a washing machine. Two sleeping areas (2 separate beds) are located on the loft (1st floor) above the living room. This loft is about 40 m² and includes a separate desk area. Nature and surroundings
The house has a large yard. Your child or children can play there. Pets are generally allowed, but you must check with the owner first. The vacation home, within walking distance of Molières, is located in a quiet area. The surrounding area can be described as touristy. You’ll enjoy a beautiful view from the vacation home. The house is a detached home. Unfortunately, smoking is not permitted inside the house! We hope that our future guests will enjoy our Gîte and the beautiful surroundings just as much as the many guests who have stayed here before you. We purchased our Gîte in 2006. A few years later, with the help of a French architect and local craftsmen, our vacation home was completely restored. We are extremely proud of the final result and enjoy it every time we’re here. By now, we’ve settled in quite well and have made many wonderful friends.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €300.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
