Our house is located on the edge of a forest, surrounded by unspoiled nature. We’re 500 meters above sea level, in a breezy and well-exposed location.At night, you can enjoy the silence and the sounds of nocturnal birds; in broad daylight, you can watch hawks soaring through the sky and swallows delighting you with their flights. The house is designed to be enjoyed from the terrace, where you’ll have a nearly 360° view of the sea and the French coast. The sunsets from Casa del Sole are spectacular. Privacy is guaranteed; from the terrace, the only ones who can see you are the birds… The peace and quiet make this a unique place to relax or to work remotely from the terrace. Parking is available within the fenced-in property. We have solar panels—though we still rely on the grid for some electricity—we collect rainwater, and our septic system is a biological one that recycles wastewater. Out of respect for our cats and to accommodate guests with potential allergies, we do not allow pets.
Nature and surroundings
Long ago, this hill, on which we built our home, was full of crops, olive groves, broom, and mimosa… Today, much of the land lies fallow, but this allows bees, butterflies, and dragonflies to thrive in a clean environment. All around us are towns worth visiting, such as Seborga, Dolceacqua, Perinaldo, and Pigna—not to mention Vallebona, which is clean and very well maintained. Then there’s France just a stone’s throw away, with its most beautiful cities within easy reach. I absolutely love Menton. There’s a bike path from Ospedaletti to Imperia that’s about 30 km long. Then there’s Bordighera—the Upper Town, with its narrow alleys (carugi) full of restaurants, is an absolute must-see, as is the Pineta with its wonderful view of the harbor. The house will be provided to you in perfect order, clean and disinfected; we do not charge a cleaning fee, but we kindly ask that you leave the apartment tidy, with used linens in the laundry basket and trash placed in the bins, already sorted for recycling.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Not suitable for children under the age of 4.
- Minimum age of main booker: 24 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
