The river at the foot of the garden: Enjoy private access to the water’s edge, with a small natural beach perfect for cooling off in the summer or listening to the lapping of the water. Hiking Trails: No need to take the car—several trails and forest walks start just a few dozen meters from the house. Between valleys and peaks: Ideally located as a base for exploring the Aure Valley, the Louron Valley, and the major attractions of the Hautes-Pyrénées—amidst wide-open spaces, legendary mountain passes, and majestic forests.

• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
