A uniquely located vacation home for up to 16 people (completely private), adjacent to a nature reserve. A place for those seeking peace, space, and privacy. Here, you can enjoy absolute silence, greenery, and nature. The vacation home features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you’ll find a garden, a sun terrace, and a spacious covered terrace. You can book a delicious breakfast for one or more days. The surrounding area is ideal for hikes and bike rides. You can head straight into nature from the house. After an active day, you can relax in the sitting area or on one of the spacious terraces. Minimum stay of 2 nights. The same base rate applies for groups of up to 10 people; for each person beyond the 10th, an additional fee per person per night applies. We also offer horse boarding. You’re welcome to bring your own horse (which will be stabled in the paddock next to the vacation home). Feel free to contact us!
Nature and surroundings
The vacation home (and Tiny House) is located in the Mene and Jordaan Valley. This valley is a valuable nature reserve covering approximately 161 hectares, situated on the border between the municipalities of Hoegaarden and Boutersem. The Menebeek and Jordaanbeek streams shape the landscape. The area is known for its rolling hills, sunken roads, immense biodiversity, and vast natural landscapes. All you have to do is close the door behind you to enjoy the varied landscape and discover the region’s flora and fauna. You’ll walk through the badger’s habitat, among other things, and with a little luck, you might even spot roe deer or wild boars!

Free cancellation within 24 hours of your booking confirmation.
If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refunded
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refunded
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refunded
• on the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €300.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.

- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
