Fully equipped vacation rental on two levels. Open-concept kitchen opening onto the living room and dining area, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the Hautes Chaumes du Forez. Bathroom with shower; separate toilet. The sleeping areas are all located on the lower level, consisting of one double bedroom and a sleeping area with four single beds. Access to a private outdoor terrace. For family gatherings, you have the option to rent both vacation rentals and enjoy meals at La Terrasse.

Alex and Julia welcome you to their little corner of paradise, where nature and tranquility reign! Located 20 minutes from the town of Ambert, 40 minutes from Thiers, and 1 hour from Clermont-Ferrand, this former farmhouse awaits you for a stay in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park. You can enjoy the large park, the volleyball/badminton and soccer fields, and the pétanque court. The ponds are the perfect spot to relax, lulled by birdsong! Around the cottage, you’ll find hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as festive and cultural activities. See you soon!

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €500.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
