A Place to Spend Your Vacation Our vacation home is located in the Dordogne, in southwestern France. Here, we enjoy the beautiful landscape every day—with the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, the many castles, and the charming villages. Starting in 2026, we’d love to share this lovely spot with others who are looking for peace, space, and the authentic French lifestyle—whether with family, friends, or loved ones. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Nature and surroundings
Our vacation home is located in the heart of the Dordogne, surrounded by charming villages, historic sites, and beautiful nature. A few nearby recommendations: Less than two kilometers away is the village of Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac, with an authentic French bakery, butcher shop, and supermarket. There’s a market on Sunday mornings. During peak season, there’s a Marche Gourmande every Wednesday evening. A square filled with stalls, food trucks, and long tables, accompanied by music from a DJ or band. It’s a chance to sample local dishes, fine wines, and authentic French life together. The French love it—and so do we! A vacation in the Dordogne is a true journey of discovery through a centuries-old landscape full of picturesque villages, impressive castles, and charming churches. The Dordogne River winds through the region and forms the heart of the area. Enjoy delicious wines, local cuisine, and countless opportunities for those who love nature, culture, or adventure.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €200.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
