In a small, quiet vacation park with 47 cottages, nestled between vast forests and expansive heathland, we thoroughly modernized our two-person nature house in 2026 with features including underfloor heating, HR++ windows, roof insulation, a new kitchen, a new bathroom, and a 5.1 surround sound system. In short, the ideal combination of modern living in a natural setting. For example, enjoy Netflix, HBO, Prime, Disney+, or NPO Start on the 55" OLED TV with 5.1 surround sound via a Denon receiver. Or binge-watch your favorite series from the comfort of your bed on the 43" TV. When the sun is shining, there’s always a nice spot to relax: in the sun, of course, but also in the shade. And on cooler days, a wood stove provides cozy warmth. In addition to standard kitchen appliances, there’s a Nespresso machine and a milk frother. Nature and surroundings
Our cottage is located on the edge of the park, so you have a direct view of the forest and plenty of privacy. We’ve designed our garden to promote biodiversity, with numerous flowers and plants that bloom in succession throughout the seasons. We could spend hours watching the vibrant insect life that this creates. Not only can you see (and hear!) many birds, but we’ve also spotted roe deer and wild boars in the area. We highly recommend going mushroom hunting when autumn has turned the forest golden yellow. And then warming up by the wood stove. The hiking, biking, and mountain biking trails in the wooded and heathland-rich surroundings provide the perfect setting for a relaxing or active—but always healthy—way to spend your time! The center of Ermelo has plenty of places to stop for a cozy bite to eat and a drink. But the neighboring towns of Harderwijk and Putten are also worth a visit. Harderwijk’s boulevard is a great place to get some fresh air and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants and outdoor cafes.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €150.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
