Our lovely Boshuys C18 can accommodate up to 5 adults and possibly 1 child. This spacious and luxurious vacation home is located in the Bospark in Garderen, in the backyard of Hotel de Werelt. There, you can enjoy facilities such as the terrace, a wonderful wellness center, bike rentals, a restaurant, and a heated outdoor pool. The cottage was completely renovated in 2026. The new kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, combination microwave, gas stove, air fryer, and a washer-dryer so you can do your own laundry. The new bathroom features wide access, an R11 non-slip floor, and a luxurious rain shower with a separate hand shower. For guests with limited mobility, the door frames have been widened and grab bars have been installed. There is also automatic lighting in the entryway and bathroom, and the second bedroom features an electric adjustable-height bed. Parking for 2 cars on the property. Storage shed for bicycles, including a power outlet.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located right next to the Speulderbos, which offers a variety of hiking and biking trails. If you take the time, you might spot a salamander, a hare, a deer, and a multitude of birds. But it’s also home to some less pleasant inhabitants, such as ticks, mosquitoes, and wolves—though we haven’t seen the latter yet. For ticks, there are tick tweezers in the first-aid kit. The town of Garderen has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a bakery, a supermarket, a restaurant, and a snack bar. A short distance away, you’ll find the sculpture garden with sand sculptures and the Garderen climbing forest, and within biking distance are Stroe, Putten, and Ermelo with their markets and charming town centers. Hotel de Werelt provides the cottage with its amenities. These include the reception desk for the key, security deposit, and tourist tax, as well as linens, housekeeping, and technical support. Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €250.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
