Located in the beautiful Lauwersmeer National Park, you’ll find this unique vacation spot for groups of up to 30 people. Push your limits and enjoy the stunning natural surroundings! Sail, boat, and swim to your heart’s content in the adjacent body of water with its own private beach. On the ground floor, the group accommodation features a large common area with a dining table and several seating areas, a fully equipped kitchen, three showers, and three restrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, an oven, and a refrigerator. Upstairs, there are 8 bedrooms, mostly furnished with bunk beds and two single beds. Duvets and pillows are provided; you can book bedding separately or bring your own.
Nature and surroundings
There’s plenty of space around the group lodging to organize activities. You’ll have your own private garden with a patio. On the grounds, you’ll also find a soccer field, a trampoline, playground equipment, and a campfire site. You can rent a sauna and a beautiful wood-fired tub (filled with natural spring water). Due to the house’s location, internet quality is limited or poor. The activities that can be organized range from active to more relaxed, ensuring everyone has a fun day. Put together your own outdoor sports program, or take advantage of one of the outdoor sports packages. Zoom across the water on the zip line, scramble up the climbing tower, wind your way through the adventure course, solve puzzles using a GPS, or hit the bullseye with a bow and arrow.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €300.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
