Nature and surroundings
Hulshorst is situated in a prime location on the edge of the Veluwe, directly bordering Lake Veluwe. Here, forests, heathland, and water come together in a unique way, creating a varied and breathtaking landscape. The vast forests of the Veluwe, one of the largest nature reserves in the Netherlands, invite you to enjoy endless walks and bike rides past stately oaks, rustling pine trees, and surprising clearings full of heather. Lake Veluwe is popular with water sports enthusiasts, but it also offers plenty of tranquility for those who enjoy strolling along the shore or taking a boat ride. In the early morning, a veil of fog often hangs over the water, while the sun slowly bathes the surroundings in a golden glow—a spectacle that rarely goes unnoticed. The Veluwe is also rich in wildlife: with a little luck, you might spot red deer, roe deer, or wild boars during your walks through the forest.

After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:

• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
