Tucked away in the peaceful Seixe Valley, Ahua Portugal is surrounded by 18 hectares of private hillside, riverside forest and untouched nature. The property borders the River Seixe, with a beautiful riverside spot and small waterfall just a short walk from the house — perfect for slowing down, swimming, or simply enjoying the sounds of nature. From the front and back terraces, you can take in spectacular valley views in complete privacy, with the nearest neighbours 200 metres away. The charming village of Odeceixe, with shops, restaurants and bars, is just 3 km away. The award-winning Odeceixe Beach is 7 km away, while countless wild beaches and dramatic cliffs of the Costa Vicentina are within easy reach. Ahua is also located along the Rota Vicentina, making it an ideal base for exploring the famous Fishermen’s Trail and the stunning coastline on foot. Your stay also helps support our reforestation project Ahua Grow through which we are planting 30,000 cork oak trees on the land.
