Located within the O Lingot d'Oc agricultural and tourist estate (olive groves, orchards), the small Ô Sud vacation rental offers a beautiful, spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, a small fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The cottage is nestled in the heart of nature, free from disturbances—just pine trees across the way and fields. Please note that you won’t be alone; we have two other small family cottages next door. But your large terrace, your spacious balcony, and your open-concept living room/kitchen are all yours. Nature and surroundings
You’ll enjoy an exceptional view of our 10 hectares of natural surroundings. Bring your dog—he’ll be welcome and will get to enjoy the outdoors, too. The large shared pool and hot tub are at your disposal. There’s also a pétanque court and a soccer field. And of course, you’ll be able to enjoy the estate’s 10 hectares, as well as the paths through the vineyards, walks in the hills, and the Canal du Midi, just 3 km away (we rent both regular and electric bikes). As for tourist attractions, we’re right in the heart of the region, with: Lagrasse, Minerve, the city of Carcassonne, Narbonne, Fontfroide Abbey, Béziers, beaches just 40 minutes away, and Lake Jouarres just 9 km away—perfect for swimming with your dog.

If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:

• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refunded
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refunded
• on the day of arrival or later: no refund
