I never really leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I feel this one is truly warranted. The key got stuck in the lock, which meant the cottage couldn’t be properly locked for a full 4 days! Despite several promises, in the end no one came at all to fix it.
Because of these problems, I left three days early. I was promised a refund for those days, but I never received it. On top of that, there was a lot of noise from the road, and there was a leaky faucet or pipe. And your car is parked 500 meters away at the top of the hill, while you’re all the way at the bottom of the hill next to a major road.
The surroundings are beautiful, but after my experience with the communication, the broken promises, and the failure to carry out the repair, I would absolutely not book this accommodation again.Ik laat eigenlijk nooit een negatieve review achter, maar helaas vind ik dat hier wel echt terecht. Door de problemen ben ik 3 dagen eerder vertrokken. Er werd toegezegd dat ik deze dagen vergoed zou krijgen, maar die vergoeding heb ik niet ontvangen. Daarnaast was er veel geluid van de weg en was er een lekkende kraan/buis. En je auto staat 500 meter verderop geparkeerd bovenaan de heuvel en je zit helemaal onderraan de heuvel bij een grote weg.
