Welcome to this nature house—a cozy and stylish guesthouse in a green, rural neighborhood on the outskirts of Almere. The centers of Amsterdam and Utrecht are within a 30-minute drive. This is a fully equipped, luxurious, self-contained space with its own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room, and bedroom featuring a large, comfortable double bed. Great care has been taken with the decor and amenities. You’ll have access to a private parking space and a private terrace. The guesthouse is essentially a fully self-contained home for two people. However, young parents with a baby or toddler are also welcome. It is very well insulated for warm winter days and cool summer days. The finishes are intentionally of a high standard—we want to pamper our guests. The kitchen features a stove, and there’s a wonderfully large double bed where you can fully unwind.
Nature and surroundings
Staatsbosbeheer is our neighbor on both the front and back sides of the house. At the back, we border the Eemvallei, a 30-hectare food forest currently under development. You’ll regularly spot foxes, roe deer, buzzards, martens, owls, and much more. Go for a walk or bike ride through the green surroundings. The property is located along a bike path network, making it easy to reach the Gooi (35 min) and Almere (40 min). In the spring, the tulip fields in Flevoland are just a 10-minute bike ride away. Bicycles are available for rent for a deposit. (Please ask the owner if interested.)

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 24 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
