We present our secluded, minimalist tiny house "Berkana Othala" nestled in the wild hills of the Pyrenees between Spain and France. In designing this house, we focused on a warm, mountain hut style finish with custom woodwork, and panoramic glass walls that bring the wilderness indoors. The house is fully off-grid with solar panels and water tank. Our rustic wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and a meditative focal point. In our tiny house, you really are remote. It is back to the basics and a good way to reconnect with nature and one self. It is not for everyone and we make a point in selecting the right people. The experience is reserved for deep thinkers, creators, and seekers who want to achieve change. To support this, we require a minimum stay of one month. "Berkana Othala" is a viking rune and means "a home for recovery and growth."
Nature and surroundings
We make a deliberate statement about privacy and exclusivity. The location remains a closely guarded secret revealed only to accepted applicants. There are no neighbors, no urban distractions, and no casual drop-ins. Only sweeping panoramic vistas of rolling hills, ancient forests, the Pyrenees, and boundless skies. Berkana Othala is intentionally curated for those who view solitude not as isolation, but as fertile ground. It's perfect for you if you seek uninterrupted time to complete whatever project is important for them. You can step off the corporate hamster wheel to heal, pivot careers, meditate, and rediscover their core identity. On our land combines intense mental focus with daily exercise and a generally healthy lifestyle back to the basics.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €1,000.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.

- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
