Our charming country house, built in 1900, has been lovingly restored into a cozy cottage with a warm Italian feel. We live on the upper floor ourselves. On the ground floor, there are three spacious apartments, each with its own entrance, private terrace, and a view of the greenery. Our nature house, at 55 m², is a spacious apartment that exudes a warm, Mediterranean atmosphere. Thanks to the use of terracotta tones, natural materials, and a soothing interior design, you’ll feel right at home. The spacious bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) and cozy chairs where you can curl up with a good book. The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal using fresh, local ingredients. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and a modern vanity. Towels and a hair dryer are provided, so you can enjoy your stay without a care in the world.
Nature and surroundings
Tucked away among the rolling green hills of Le Marche lies our small-scale estate, Noci nel Verde. Privacy, tranquility, and space, where nature sets the pace. Surrounded by our own forest and a babbling brook. You can stroll right into the hills. Or discover our many spots for daydreaming in the large garden. The final stretch of the route takes you along a typical Italian white road, straight through the forest. An idyllic setting where you immediately become one with nature. The medieval village of Pergola is a 10-minute drive away. It features a historic center with local shops and two large supermarkets. The famous Bronzi Dorati Museum is one of the must-see attractions among a multitude of cultural sights. The beautiful, clean sandy beaches are just over half an hour’s drive away. Noci nel Verde is a place for hikers, nature lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, and bon vivants. A place where you can hear the silence, where the starry sky is still truly dark, and where you’ll experience a sense of wonder time and time again.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
