A newly renovated and insulated chalet with air conditioning/heat pump, 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Total area: 50 m² The chalet is located on the edge of the grounds of a horse boarding stable. Riders and drivers have the option of bringing their own horse. There is space to park your car and bike on the property. Pets allowed only upon prior arrangement. There are horses, two dogs, and a few cats on the property. There’s a relaxed atmosphere on the property. Stay in your own space or join in the daily activities on the property. There’s something for everyone. The nearest stores are about 4 km away. There are all kinds of outings to enjoy in the surrounding area. More photos coming soon, including shots of the exterior and the surrounding area.
Nature and surroundings
The property is located on a dirt road, adjacent to the Valouwe estate and close to the Roekelse Forest, the Ede Heath, and the Wekeromse Sands. The Lunterse Forest and the center of the Netherlands are also nearby. The Hoge Veluwe, which includes the Kröller-Müller Museum, is about 8 km away. There are several stunning viewpoints. In short, there are plenty of opportunities for hikers and cyclists. Of course, simply staying on the property is also an option.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €200.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.

- Not suitable for children under the age of 8.
- Minimum age of main booker: 25 years.

- No parties or events are allowed.
